This belongs to Dan. He had this when he was younger. It was buried in his family's back yard and was dug up when they were putting in a pool back in the mid 1970's. It is a bit beat up with a broken front windshield and chipped paint but the wheels still turn.
The marking on the unside is:

Risky but high in salary. Workers are overcome their fear and working outside the building to build a "Bamboo Scaffolding" for coming construction work. Their life is only secured by a body harness but there still have some deadly incident happen sometimes.
At past, bamboo was widely used on scaffold in China and Hong Kong. But now, metal tube replaced bamboo to be the main component for scaffolding. Only Hong Kong still keep using "bamboo" for scaffolding.
I have scaffolding up on the side of my house to allow the safe repair of the joint between my gable end wall and roof tiles, which was breaking up. Whilst up, I am also going to get the mortar between the bricks re-pointed. My neighbour's wall - seen here - is in much better shape than mine.
