Not quite sure where the artist picked up the design for the extraordinary boat ; it certainly doesn't resemble any that would have been found at the time in Galillee ; more a kind of truncated Viking longship.
Save the date postcard. Client wanted an Archies feel. I roughed this out in pencil, then digitally inked it, colored in photoshop.
I also roughed it up a bit to make it feel older and not so slick.

Recently some nasty neighbors have been petitioning the board of our apartment building, demanding that we either get rid of our dog, Oreo, or vacate the premises. They claim that she barks at all hours of the night and makes noise running back and forth across the apartment. That she’s generally a bad dog and that we are rude owners. If you read this blog with any frequency you know that nothing could be further from the truth. Unfortunately it’s our word against theirs, and apparently they’ve been lodging complaints for some time without telling us. We are fighting back, but things don’t look good and if we lose we’re in big trouble. Although we can afford another apartment with a similar rent, we don’t have enough cash saved for a big security deposit (always required for apartments that allow dogs) or to pay for movers. On Saturday, October 20 the 7th Annual Save-A-Limb Ride, Walk and Festival took place at Oregon Ridge Park. Participants took part in a 6, 15 and 30 mile bike ride or a 1-mile family walk. Guests included Chris Horner (Winner of the 2011 Tour of California), Robbie Ventura (Professional Rider and Tour de France Commentator), Earl Cole(winner of Survivor Fiji) and the Maryland Batman!
The money raised from the event will help individuals around the world who experience joint ailments and limb deformities.

We went for soms groceries just before the shops closed, and the children would wait in the car. Then my eldest daughter noticed that in the big garbage container there were flowers sticking out. So the took 12-15 bunches of flowers out, that were thrown away but were actually still fresh...
