It was interesting to see the animations and videos play on the top of the Salesforce Tower. It's not high resolution, but I may have been viewing it at a much closer distance than usual.

Panoramic View over San Francisco with Market Street down the center.

The moisture over #SanFrancisco was so dense for Moonset which made it difficult to get sharp picture. Here is my double header this morning. Alignment with Salesforce Tower and TransAmewrica Pyramide.

A series of shots from Post Street looking east toward Salesforce Tower. I noticed this view while in an Uber, so I went back on foot with my camera.

Sunset looking upon San Francisco from Alameda.

Somewhere over the past months, a new skyscraper has made it up past the others, including the Transamerica Pyramid. This new one, doesn't have much, other than height, that's appealing like the Pyramid did, not even the name which is sadly, rather unromantically called Salesforce Tower. At least it isn't called Salesforce.com Tower.

Today is day 305 of Project 365

other than its otherworldly glow and the fact that golden hour lasted hours, the setting sun hit the Macbook ad (top right) in a bizarre way. Almost looks premeditated\

I shot this mainly to scout the view for a night shoot, but it doesn't hurt to have a few more daytime shots in the portfolio.

This view looks south from the Loews Regency. The tall construction site is the Salesforce Tower at the Transbay Terminal.

Salesforce Tower viewed from Pier 1, the Embarcadero

I tried two different nights to get a shot I liked from this spot. I looked for multiple cars to get more light trails, but the shot I liked best was a single car which happened to be a cab with a light on top of the roof.

I don't like the wide angle distortion here, but I do like the coverage including the Bay Bridge and the Salesforce Tower.

Up shots from the sun roof 2017.

SAN FRANCISCO -- It's official. The Salesforce Tower became San Francisco's tallest building.

The iconic Transamerica Pyramid building has been the tallest structure in the city for 43 years.

"In the first quarter of 2017, we will top out the structure at its total height 1070 feet, becoming the tallest office building West of Chicago," explained Robert Kain who is working on the Salesforce Tower.

San Francisco’s skyline as seen from Sausalito offers a stunning perspective of the city, even on a slightly hazy day. From this vantage point, you can spot iconic landmarks like the Transamerica Pyramid and Salesforce Tower rising above the bay. The haze adds a soft, dreamy quality to the view, blending the cityscape with the natural beauty of the surrounding water and hills. A classic Bay Area scene!

Twilight view from Ina Coolbrith Park. There's a high rise apartment building right next to this park that must have tremendous views. If only I had a few spare millions to spend on housing. :-)

Just a view of a skyscraper accepting quite well the sunset. Very happy with the colors. I also have this image on Fine Art America: fineartamerica.com/featured/salesforce-skyscraper-in-the-...
