Seen on route 24 outside the Safe Harbour Hotel in Fowey.
The Safe Harbour Hotel has seen some controversy in recent years as, due to collisions, Go Cornwall Bus have withdrawn from the terminus, using Hanson Drive to turn instead. As far as I know, First Kernow continue to use it on route 24.
Graphite 6B pencil on Bristol. Drawing is the means by which I explore a subject for its components, and its pull on my inner needs for expression. This was done in Polperro, Devon, England.
Not too many birds out while we were walking today, I think it's because they announced a stay at home order for the province and people were a little too enthusiastic about getting out for exercise. The trails were super crowded which was frustrating for those of us who do the loop quite regularly since the new comers weren't so good with distancing... or respecting the no bicycle rule... Hopefully things calm down as people get used to the new rules.

The Shamrock moored at Rogerstown pier.
The Shamrock is the boat that supplies Lambay island with its groceries, hardware supplies, farm supplies etc. Lambay is situated 4 miles off the coast and is the largest island on the east coast of Ireland. It has a working farm and it full of wildlife and fauna.
It also has a herd of wallabies and now Lambay Irish whiskey

I know, the title might seem weird, but for some reason that's the song that inspired this photo and the feeling portrayed in this, together with the Hunger Games series.
And oh my god it was so incredibly cold. But worth it, I still love this photo a lot.
Pictures from a popular safe driving initiative held on the campus. Students had the opportunity to take the wheel of a Mini simulator, underlining the hazards caused by under-inflated tyres.

When it was still safe to be out doing low light photography at night even in Stockton.
The supply ship Atlantic Shrike returns safely from the perilous seas of the North Atlantic Ocean, passing below the Queens Battery just inside the Narrows of the port of St John's Newfoundland. St. John's is one of the oldest cities in North America, appearing on a Portuguese map from the 1500s...it began as a fishing camp and flourished from the bountiful catch of Atlantic Cod near the shores of Newfoundland! I recently had the pleasure of visiting here and enjoyed my time there quite a lot!
This is another photo of the series I took yesterday of Linus, the cat, and Mandy, the mouse. Linus was unusally nice to the mouse but I suppose he was just too tired for mischief. There was a thunderstorm coming and this kind of weather always makes him drowsy. :)
