Hmm, I have a lot from this series that I really like, but then there's some that I'm not so sure about.
Safer Houses Training of Trainers – the builders or handymen are trained over 4 days. The training is a combination of theory and practice. During this training, participants learn to carry out a diagnostic assessment of the houses and to determine which technical solutions must be applied in order to reinforce the houses effectively. At the end of the 4 days, they become Community Trainers and are sent into the community to run Safer Houses Community Trainings.

#349. Song in my head.
All of the words that we dared never speak
All of our ghosts and the secrets we keep
Gather them all and we'll bury them deep
Like a safe full of sorrow.
~Foo Fighters, Free Me
The Safer Houses methodology falls under the organization of 2 trainings and then community work:
1-Safer Houses Training of Trainers, 4-day training for 8 to 10 participants, mainly for builders or handymen willing to learn how to reinforce a house and assist community members in providing basic knowledge on reinforcement techniques.
2-Safer Houses Community training, 2-day training for 12 to 15 community members, anyone willing to learn how to reinforce a house through a do-it-yourself training and to assist other community members
