I took this shot in one of the rooms at work. I don't know if the tin in the background was intentional or not but either way it struck me as being beautiful and inspiring ☺

These two Mule deer go through our yard several times each day.....I guess they've decided it's a safe place....she left her baby lying there yesterday for over an hour :-) Oh yes....I was sitting on the deck when she did this!

We went to the desert. February 11, 2011. One of the most peaceful time spent in my life. We stayed there for 5-6 hours. Walked around, acted, shot funny continuous pictures. Shot this before the sun started setting. The sunset was one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen and felt in my life. This is Kuwait.

have a lovely day.

The moment Blue called him safe after stealing home. He's looking into the dugout at his teammates cheering for him. It happened so fast, I thought I missed it. The photography Gods came through!

A tight skirt is restricting, but means I can cross my legs safely without risk of showing anything I should not.

I read some questions about this skirt under earlier pics, but they are lost right now as Flickr seems to have a problem. As I recall, a few friends asked where it was bought and the answer is from the Pied a Terre Collection at House of Fraser.

The skirt is cut in five panels: a wide one at the back, a narrow one down each hip and the front is two unequal pieces which zip together from hem to waistband, making the garment very easy to get into.

Freddie is a greyhound lurcher who was found abandoned as a puppy, covered in oil and shaking. He was fortunate enough to be rescued by my parents-in-law and now his days consist of walks, toys and treats. Safe at last!

Indiantown Gap National Cemetery is located in Union Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Indiantown Gap derives its name from the various Native American communities that resided the region. Starting in the 1930s, it became a training area for the United States Army and control of the facility was turned over to the Pennsylvania National Guard in 1998. In 1975 it also served as a refugee camp for southeast Asian refugees. In 1976, a section of Fort Indiantown Gap was selected as the national cemetery for the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania donated land for the site to the US Veterans Administration. Over 40,000 veterans are interred at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The oldest veteran buried at the cemetery is Walter Pleate, who passed away at the age of 109 in 1985. At the time of his death, Pleate was the oldest military veteran in the country, having fought in Army during the Spanish-American War and the Boxer Rebellion.

So I geotag this shot taken at Roxborough State Park and Google labels it "A mysterious place with no name."
