Photowalked with my buddy Jeff this morning. This was my first time out with my new 70-200, which as expected was a pleasure.
This is one of my favorite out of the ones I edited in Photoshop. I applied the "Freaky Detail Effect", and then I also adjusted multiple color ranges. Taken in Hagerstown, MD.
This photo serves to demonstrate to me how the UK, and British Rail in particular, have fallen from glory in the railway stakes
More of the rusting frame. What you can't see is that along with the surface rust (which happens where they salt the roads) is the penetrating corrosion putting holes in the frame.
Photos taken with my phone, sorry for the quality.
uhh... nothing really special bout this ... i was just messing around with dof on my tamron since i rarely ever try doing any macro like shots... i added a b/w layer on top set to overlay for a little gritty look...
A few of the rusted relics at Gammons Gulch
Gammons Gulch is a reconstructed old western town created by Jay Gammons. It is a mix of 1880’s to 1930’s early America. The town has been used in movies, commercials and music videos. The movie set has a large collection of antiques, old cars and movie memorabilia. You can get a guided tour of this little town. Jay will tell you the history of just about every item he has collected over the years while creating the town.
