I saw this walkway while shooting. I reflected the photo and now it reminds me of looking down from the top of a Ferris wheel...do you see it?
The old boatyard at the National Waterways Museum offers endless opportunities for rust and decay lovers. I could have spent hours there :)
A rusting gas tanker truck that looks suspiciously like the killer big rig from the Spielberg movie Duel, rusting away in a field outside of Hawkins, Texas.

nevertheless, good old rust does provide some compensations
Rust is a small town on the shore of the Neusiedler See in Burgenland, Austria. It is extremely picturesque and famous for its wine and storks:) There is really a great number of these lovely birds, but I wasn't able to capture one without a telephoto lens.
We returned to the scene. A closer examination leaves us convinced that it is (was) a printing press. The obvious weight of the object is the reason it is still sitting here, rusting away in a burned out building.
Close up shot of the inside of our clothes washer showing two of several points where the enamel is damaged and the drum is rusting. This apparently is the source of rust colored stains on towels accidentally left in the washer for a day. The real question is what, if anything, can be done to repair the enamel short of replaceing a washer that is otherwise quite functional?
