Tree Swallow Series: Post Four.

Giving me the rules of the yard.

Thanks for Viewing,

This image was taken while I was a passenger in a car that was traveling down the gravel road. This was one of those split second, chance-in-a-lifetime moments in time. I'm glad that I had my camera in hand. #1 Rule in Photography: Always have your camera with you and ready to shoot at all times.

Thank you for visiting my photostream. I hope that you're enjoying life's simple pleasures and doing well...and keeping that camera nearby!

A queen showing cracks is standing in the chaos of the chessboard :-)I haven´t seen the queen of Great Britain for a while .

“May we just sit?”

Katarina lounges in the rule of thirds. As usual I cropped this photo into the 4:5 aspect ratio and lamented the fact that my camera does not default to this shape, especially for vertical compositions. My rant is over!

Odd weather and the 3 tulips.

A fascinating look at this rock island that these birds have called their own just off the Oregon coastline.

This world has many rules or you can say that - this world is made of and shaped by rules with life and death, the wheels of sun and moon, cold winter and warm summer and so on …..

Death – is the only passage to eternity. And eternity is the supreme rule that’s even above time.

Who can break those rules ? Only death can do that …. Or the eternity of time. We only see a friction of time, and we humans attempt to break the rules of eternity but in vain.

Taken July 2016, Highlands. Have a good weekend everyone and thanks for the continued support!

Talkin' in my sleep at night, makin' myself crazy

(Out of my mind, out of my mind)

Wrote it down and read it out, hopin' it would save me

(Too many times, too many times)

My love

He makes me feel like nobody else, nobody else

But my love

He doesn't love me, so I tell myself, I tell myself

One, don't pick up the phone

You know he's only calling 'cause he's drunk and alone

Two, don't let him in

You'll have to kick him out again

Three, don't be his friend

You know you're gonna wake up in his bed in the mornin'

And if you're under him

You ain't gettin' over him

I got new rules, I count 'em

I got new rules, I count 'em

I gotta tell them to myself

I got new rules, I count 'em

I gotta tell them to myself

The Rules of Hi Q! Ever play that??? HMM

Follow the rules, who knows where it might lead?

CSX 8051 leads J782 by the CPL at Tipp City, OH, running on a restricting into the siding to meet its counterpart, J783. Sadly, the J trains have been abolished (for the third time in like 4 years).

Please let your love, thoughts and prayers be unconditional and from pure compassion for the innocent victims of Orlando, Florida, USA. June 12, 2016 (06-12-2016)

I am a Christian, male, heterosexual resident of Florida. This tragedy happened to my neighbors, brother and sister citizens. This art work is from a sunset of 6-12-2016, in my hometown of Saint Augustine, FL. Me and my dog Trailer are facing west towards our sister city, Orlando, FL. I overlaid the Rainbow image in honor and respect for the freedom and pride of our Gay community. We should also note that this was an attack also on our Hispanic community and that is equally horrible and wrong...

I got to finally try photographing frozen bubbles today - it was harder than I thought it would be - the darn things kept popping! Carefully used the rule of thirds to crop this image . The bubble is only about the size of a quarter. Macro Mondays- Rule

Out of balance, money grows

Corporations take control

Halls of justice got this wrong

Life cannot be owned

Halls of justice leave a hollow ring inside

When I try to forget

Things I know that no one knows but me

Wrong side of right, right side of wrong

Little trip to Portencross and here comes the little red sailing boat .Pristine

These are the rests of an old pier on the beach. I was quite lucky to get a proper combination of nice sunset and low tide! :-)

I love symmetrical compositions, but I also like the rule of thirds... so I have tried to combine both of them together with a long exposure. :-)

"The rules of composition are important, but the idea is to learn them and then break them." - William Albert Allard

Don't you agree?

“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.”
