I had driven from Epsom and am now about to take RT 4779 to Kingston and then back to Epsom. I am telling to my conductor (through the glassless window behind me) that we'll really struggle if we have standing passengers. People these days weigh a lot more than they did in the late-30s when this type of bus was designed. :-)

The bus stops at Barking Station are being reorgainsed again at the moment, having been in and out of the layby like a fiddlers elbow!
