Roxy is twenty-two years old and clean sober for over two years now. She is a local leader of Teen Challenge, a group dedicated to providing new life to troubled teens via meaningful work and beliefs. She was helping raise money for their cause in the parking lot and as I bought a handcrafted wooden cross from her, the words from Paul Simon's 1972 song seemed perfectly written for this moment....
I ordered a small scoop of turron in a cone but forgot to take a photo. I'm not sure if you can make out the menu board in this photo because I've shrunk it. There were some completely foreign to me flavors.

Nuestra querida ROXY nació en nuestro refugio. Su madre nos dejó cinco bonitos presentes y Roxy estaba entre ellos.
Es una gata que le gusta que la mimen, que pide caricias y juega mientras lame la mano en forma de agradecimiento.
Se lleva bien con otros gatos y es muy tranquila.
Todos sus hermanitos están ya en hogares con familias, pero ella sigue aquÃ, esperando su dÃa.
Tiene una carita que da ganas de comérsela y sus manchitas de colores, elegidas al azar la hacen aún más hermosa.
Roxy no ha tenido suerte hasta ahora porque es ese tipo de gata que no gusta, pero sólo quien la conoce sabe verdaderamente lo que se pierde al no tenerla cerca. Roxy es una preciosa gata, por dentro y por fuera.

I shot this for uni, for the brief to shoot portraits featuring a product (the product here being Roxy products). These girls were all wonderful to help me out - especially as it was so cold!- and I have some beautiful photos of them all, while this is the final set I might slowly upload some of the other shots as well.

This is pretty much SOC I did a liittle work in LR bring out the blacks and red,sharpened,and added a vignette.The WB is a trick that the master jedi Mel Haynes Jr. was so gracious to show me.So not too much work...

OMG das ist der aktuelle Zustand meiner Roxy Flip Flops. OMG habe ich diese zerlatscht, da floss literweise würziger, saurer Fussschweiss in die Sohlen, und meine Füsse haben da richtig derb gequetscht geraffelt, zermalmt, und etwas Toe Prints einmassiert. OMG und was da für ein Duft davon ausgeht. O du meine Güte
