I was lucky enough to visit this rooftop when i was in Cuba. The man was in a rush to go home. He had to lock the roof but kindly waited for me and my friends to enjoy the perspective. I tried taking pictures of my friends but it was to cliche, Then i looked down and saw him waiting for us. Thats when i snapped this photo.
On one of those splendid sunny days on the Cumbrian Coast when the Isle of Man is clearly visible, DRS 37688 'Kingmoor TMD' (with 37409 on the rear) sets away from Parton heading the 2C49 11:38 Barrow to Carlisle Northern service on 8 June 2015.

The Rooftops over Milan on a cloudy day with the Cathedral sticking out in the middle of the city.
The view from the kitchen out to the west on days like today is quite stunning, especially as the sun begins to fall behind the silhouette of the castle in the distance.
Shot on Kodak Ektar using a Zeiss 530 Super Ikonta, 6x4.5, stitched in post. This is looking from the roof of the Cathedral of Barcelona.
The top level of the Buddha's Tooth Relic Temple in Singapore's Chinatown. The building in the middle of the roof garden houses a huge prayer wheel which visitors may turn (that's what the lady in the pic is doing).
