2. Exhale, hollow abdominals and sequence the spine on to the floor.
3. Inhale and lengthen the head away from the feet.
4. Exhale, hollow and roll back up.
5. Repeat two more sets.
I smoked rollups for a long time,and gave up as my Millenium project, which is why I am still above ground.
I still keep my brass lighter, it is useful for the woodfires I have in the winter.

I made these tiles with four different colors layered onto a gather with a thin layer of clear between each. I squared that off and pulled it into square cane then cut it into tiles. Next, I laid the tiles out into a 9" x 4" mat, fused them together in the gloryhole and rolled them up over a bubble of white. Whew! But it was worth the effort. Zoom in close to see the different layers of color.

The theraband teaches how much the limbs have to be active for the Pilates roll down.
1. Sit with legs extended. Place theraband around the back and hold the theraband with the hands. Bend knees if hamstrings are tight.
2. Exhale, hollow abdominals and sequence the spine on to the floor.
3. Inhale and lengthen the head away from the feet.
4. Exhale, hollow and roll back up.
Repeat two more sets.
