How long the family has been going to Jeng Chi, I'm not sure, but I am certain of the homely feeling it has given us for so long. As Mom and I sat waiting for our food (as the first customers of the day, as it happened,) we noticed this sweet old man - the proprieter and patriarch of this family business, who so often has "xie xie"-ed us out the door with a wide, humble grin - calmly reading his paper before the onslaught of the chaotic lunch rush. I'm always so glad to see that their business is doing well.
