A super cheap find on craigslist: a kitchen table and 4 chairs, a buffet and a china cabinet. i stripped the polyurethane, sanded away my finger prints and then stained it with kona. now it equals pure love!
** the original photos are the ones from the craigslist listing. weirdly enough the items were so covered when i went to look at them that you couldn't even tell what shape they were in. luckily they just needed some new stain! **

redid Rooks face last night while feeling some inspriation and added some darker freckles to Elumi's cheeks and nose
Nuparu was my favorite Toa from the Ignika wave. Then again he was just plain cool. Anyways, I wanted to do something special to commemorate that he had been out for five years so I built this guy! Really I just made him meatier.

I took this picture on a miserable looking day in April 2006. This is when the Market Square was being redeveloped. I wish I had a picture of the full square before it had it's revamp so I could do a like for like comparison but oh well. I'll get a new one on here to show what is behind the green fence.
That is the 'expensive' new tram system on the right which opened up to crowds of people - as if they'd created a teleporter or something equally as extravagant. Nothing special in my opinion though, seems like more of a step back!
I messed with my curtains a bit. These were floor length, cheap ass curtains I got awhile ago. I usually have a table in front of them (it got moved for the picture) and they got caught behind it. So I shortened them and used the extra fabric to make matching valances and tie backs. I added tabs and some decoration with some ribbon I had lying around.
