I went to the the Ontario Municipal Board and successfully secured retests to protect our groundwater and a fishery but grading, cut and fill and water diversions took place before the tests were done. Now I must go to court.

Some technical theory suggest that the price could continue lower. Others suggest a short break below R3100 with a possibility pull back to retest the resistance level. Remember when we talked about how some newer toilets have a space cats can hide inside? Well, Coop unlocked a new level: hiding inside the sink pedestal! Lucky for us, he's a little too big to fully disappear, but it did take us a minute to locate him. Coop is now neutered and vaccinated. He tested "light positive" on his FIV test. In a cat this young this likely means he picked up antibodies from his mother and he doesn't actually have the virus. We will retest at 6 months. FIV is difficult to spread and with good care doesn't usually present many complications so we're not too worried. Coop is looking for a home, he's 4 months old, very talkative and a little scared. Continued on from the head-and-shoulders we saw completed at the beginning of August…The price for DEC15WMAZ contract dipped below the neck line of R3100 and went on testing the R3000 support level as shown in the daily graph below. The price jumped back higher and pivoted around the R3100 level after which a further surge higher saw the price turn just shy of resistance at R3200. Since the beginning of September we’ve seen the price move lower and sideways on the back of early rains received in the eastern producing regions. Yesterday session started out lower on the back of a stronger Rand/$ exchange and in effect lower parity prices. A surprisingly strong move was seen in the latter part of the session as the price surged higher closing at support/resistance of R3150. Would the market see a continuation lower to retest the neckline support at R3100 or could the absence of rains over the next week and a possible weaker Rand spur more bulls to take the price higher?
USDJPY continues trading in range. Price is retesting resistance at the 120.22-28 area. In the event that values of resistance hold,
it raises the possibility of prices returning to values of support. Alternatively a breakout above 120.28 would signal an end to current range market

GOLD: the precious metal has lost strength below the round 1700 number. This comes after taking out 1674.65 and there is no change in my analysis from yesterday. That was the critical resistance at the falling trend line formed on Aug. 23, 2011 swing high. A break above 1700.00 can test 1721.65.
Alternatively, a move back below 1674.65 can retest the trend line support at 1665.36. Below sees 1645.76, the Aug. 31 low.

A retest of one which was positive for TSWV in R1 #16. At this point it and its siblings have TSWV+DMV/DCMV.
I sooooooooooooooooo want to be home right now...
Why, you ask? Well, there's this test.... it's the MCP certification test (Microsoft Certified Professional). And it's Mike mortal enemy, I think.
To pass, he has to score a 700. Anything below that, SORRY, TRY AGAIN! And keep in mind that each one costs $130. Well, the first time, he got in the 530s, I think. So then his parents paid for him to take it again, and he got a 630. But there was a free retest, so he went to take it today, after studying for a solid week and a half, and failed again, by 2 questions!
I feel so BAD for him, his confidence is ZERO about this test now... but from everything ppl have said online, the test is ridiculous, it's not "real world" stuff, and even ppl who've been in the business for YEARS can't pass it. But employers look on the MCP certification REALLY well, so he wants to pass it.
So he's going to take it again the week after next..... *sigh* here we go again.
I just want to be at home with him right now, so i can tell him it'll be ok. =)
