By default in Chrome the default font size is set to 'Medium' a.k.a. 16px. On the screenshot the 3rd button is active, showing that the default font size is back to normal.
As soon as the button clicked, the content (if using 'em' or '%' units) instantly reflects the changes.
Fontier is a (yet unreleased) experimental Chrome extension, that makes it super easy to change the default font size in the browser. This makes it a great tool for testing responsive websites.

Responsive Website Design for artist Manuel Albarran - About
The main objective of the website was to function as a quick gallery to showcase Manuel's work. It had to be very easy to flip through the images. Looking at statistics from his previous website, I realised an important percentage of its visitors where browsing from touch-screen devices, so I decided to create the gallery in the form of a finger-sensitive horizontal scroll. This way, people on tactile devices can scroll through the pictures with a simple sidewards gesture. Manuel Albarran's audience is not only browsing from touch-screen devices, but also from smartphones in many cases, so the solution had to be definitely responsive.
This logo is Transparent and responsive designed logo which can be suits with any background theme and can be used as FavIcon.
