FORT BELVOIR, VA.-- (June 29, 2018)--

Graduates and supporters are all smiles during the annual graduation and awards ceremony of the National Capital Consortium's Family Medicine Residency Program June 29, 2018. The National Capital Consortium Family Medicine Residency is committed to training Army, Navy, and Air Force Family physicians who are not only ready to provide world-class healthcare to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines both home and in environments overseas, but also to their family members, retirees and their beneficiaries.

 

The Belvoir Hospital is a 120-bed, 1.3 million-square-foot military community hospital that serves a regional population of 250,000 personnel with about 100,000 enrollees receiving inpatient and specialty care services supported by 55 specialty clinics, a Warrior Pavilion (for combat injured/wounded/ ill), Inpatient Addictions Program, and three satellite family health centers at the Pentagon, Dumfries and Fairfax, Va.

Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) launched its first cohort of the Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab with a retreat weekend in September 2013. The WIN Lab is a yearlong residency program that enables Babson women undergraduates, graduates, and recent alumnae to develop business ideas, funding tactics, and launch strategies.
