I'm baaaack O_O

Hey, that unannounced hiatus only lasted... like a year. Fail.

(Thanks to everyone who's been commenting and faving my old photos over the past several months. I'd go back and reply to individual comments but, well, I'm obviously lazy =_= Now let's get some new photos up in hurr!)

in Naples lives a lovely and eccentric man, Umberto. Once he told me about his life. This is his family.

Finally managed to get this shot of the newly-restored clockface of the Elizabeth Tower, which I'd been hoping to take for a while.

Today I found a street-level angle that gives the best view with only minimal perspective corrections in Lightroom to bring it back to its true proportions.

I like the new Prussian Blue colour scheme they have brought in, which is a restoration of its original colour, although you can't really tell it's blue from a distance with the naked eye.

Anyway, the whole of the Elizabeth Tower looks incredible now after so many years under cover. I just hope they manage to finish removing the rest of the scaffolding at some point, as it's taking ages so far!

Finally....finally I managed to get my ass out of bed and out for a few snaps on what turned out to be quite a nice morning. A few shots here as the sun lifted off the horizon and then off down the inside of Strangford Lough to see what else we could find.

Na rúa Ramón Cabanillas de Santiago de Compostela, o portón dun garaxe luce, dende fai tempo, un graffiti do que descoñezo o seu autor: un pequeno círculo vermello rodeado pola frase “RESET THE WORLD”. E nestes días de confinamento polo estado de alarma a causa do coronavirus, eu penso no graffiti da rúa Ramón Cabanillas do que un día--non moi lonxano--tirei unha foto.
