Mid-month reset? Count Hazel IN! She’s brought her journal to record her thoughts, and there is a bench where she can sit while she considers: how are things going this month? What does she want to change going forward?

A day where I was unsure whether or not to get up and go shooting, turned out that it was sensational. No other photographers here this morning - must only be on weekends!

In between showers and with a big south east sea running, a couple of big seas break through between Diamond Island and Redbill Point. Tasmania.
Ricoh GRIII, Ricoh GR Lens, 18.3mm f/2.8, 1/2500th sec at f/2.8, ISO 1000 (failed to reset the machine from the previous evening... doh).
Forty minutes to the coast.
Just enough to reset the mind before sunset.
No soundtrack, no conversations — only waves, cold air, and a quiet horizon.
Sometimes that’s all you need to think clearly again.

The lanes are still a going concern. I'm not sure exactly how old the sign is but I know it's been there since the mid 1960's.
Found this woman outside the Pashupathinath temple complex. Attired in safron clothes, creased forehead stating experience , deep in thought, and a simple life it seemed. Maybe hard , but I will never know !
This trip was a reset for my mind and turn for my photography or approach to it.
