The Architect is an OOAK mixed media collage/assemblage of broken self casted-plaster replications of the 12 circuit, Chartres Cathedral Labyrinth.

It measures 14x11 inches & is made on 1 inch wrapped canvas. The background is painted w/ halo-blue Lumiere acrylic paint, has 9 transferred images of intact 12 circuit, Chartres Cathedral Labyrinths & is embellished with clear & gold tiny glass beads/balls. The piece is further embellished w/intact & broken plaster labyrinth pieces, which have, been painted halo-blue or black. The black labyrinths are further enhanced w/halo-gold glitter. The intact labyrinths range in size from 1.5 inches to 2 inches of which there are 6 & are .25 inches thick. The largest labyrinth was originally 4.5 inches in diameter before it was broken.

The Lumiere paint used gives off lovely blue/green luminescence w/hints of metallic gold, so it gives off a lovely iridescent glow that changes colors when looked at from different angles.
