In 2020 we replaced half of our windows and in 2021 we finally finished the job. All are now Marvin Wood windows and they are amazing in every respect.

I have heard about how great this band is live over and over and over and over again, but I've never been able to make it out to see them play. Until tonight. And I loved them! I can't wait to see them at their next show -- the lead singer reminds me of a younger Iggy Pop. Oh yeah, I took more photos of all the bands who played tonight... but I'll try to post them tomorrow. It's almost 3 a.m. right now, and this girl needs some beauty sleep.

Something is rotten under the town of Gentry, and it remains to be seen if the rot will seep into the town proper or not. Read Brenna Yovanoff's debut novel, and you might just get sucked it about 1/3 of the way through the book too.

Just as the Antony Gormley Another Place sculptures are going to leave the UK shores a young lady and her uncle were working hard on the beach creating their own version as a replacement.

Jonathan took this shot of me. Everything something major occured on this project I kept saying "How you like me now?" We had just gotten the engine in place. Note the valve covers are what I call my shop covers. They will not be used on the finished engine.

I made another trip to Comet after work since my power has been cutting out and the laptop adapter wasn't working as it should - I'd got to the stage where I had to get the wires in a certain postion then hardly dare breathe!
I have so far had four replacements - fortunately at no cost since it's always within the year warranty - the first one only lasted a month but this one has been the longest lasting - 5 months.
And since they no longer make the same one (no surprise there!) they replaced it with a different model which was £3 cheaper and gave me a refund as well!
I started to keep the receipts after the first failure so I think I'm going to be ok with this one! I am not one to complain in shops (that may surprise you) but so far I haven't needed to argue the case, so well done Comet.
I've finally purchased this again after letting it go years ago (I was broke and she was rare). This one is 2nd hand and I've no idea of the condition until she arrives, but, so excited to finally bring her back to my collection. My excuse is that she's a Birthday gift from me to me, and I'm sticking to it.
