Since I've been in a crafting frenzy lately, this cutting board has seen a lot of use.

I focused on the wall in a restaurant. I used f/1.8 to get a small depth of field. The shutter speed used was 1/40, which was slow enough to shot in the low light. The focal length was 50 mm.

I took this photo of the wall because the repeating pattern looks mysterious. I added contrast afterwards.

My first image was of a repeating pattern and it was of the bottom pins of an AMD 5350 microprocessor. I shot the photo indoors because of safety concerns but I used natural light at 5:00 and shot the photo at a F-stop of 1/5.6 and a shutter speed of 1/10. I used a tripod to stabilize the camera to reduce blurring at the low shutter speed. I used the beginning pins in the front and all the blurred pins behind to be the repeating pattern. The pattern of a beginning pin and the back pins repeated throughout the picture. I zoomed into the photo significantly and increased the contrast to make the pins stand out more from the rest of the photo. I shot the image mainly because the massive amounts of pins on the CPU interested me and seemed like a unique repeating pattern. Also the technology was closer to me and made the picture more special.

My second image was of leading lines and was of a sidewalk in my park that led to a basketball hoop. I shot the photo at 12:09 at a aperture of 1/22 and shutter speed of 1/250. My park had many roads throughout and I saw that the basketball hoop was a good subject. The two lines that converged together and led to the hoop ended up being a great leading lines photo. I increased the brightness a little bit and reduced some of the shadows using Adobe Bridge. I shot this photo because I go to the park many times and I never noticed the amount of leading lines and sidewalks that were there and I found that this was the best place to find leading lines

This is a repeating pattern because the rectangles inside of the railing repeat down the sidewalk.

Trees seem to be repeating.
