This is a detail shot from a SolidWorks rendering of a dining room sideboard/credenza that I designed and built (in both SolidWorks and real materials). This view shows the pull out drawers for plates, bowls, silverware, etc (left and right drawers). The center (long tall) drawer is a pull-out, hanging linene drawer (for tablecloth, napkins, etc). The large compartment at the top is for centerpieces, candlesticks, etc.

This 14 unit multi-family residential building will infill three presently vacant lots along the changing 14th street corridor of Washington DC. Ongoing development and completion of the urban fabric is filling in holes with buildings that are creating new affordable housing opportunities for local low-income residents. My role was to fill in the void and design a modern contextual building that would react to the current buildings on either side.
