Immanuel James Davis stands before one of his first architectural creations. Davis finished his bachelors in engineering in 2010 now finds himself in the world of architecture working for Condocs based in Westlake Village. Davis says that although he is not working in the same field as his major, his degree was a piece of the equipment necessary to land such a job. He says that his success goes to his hard working ethics, practice, and drive to succeed and surpass.
"It's surreal; it looks just like the renderings. it looks just like the design, if not better. It's inspiring to keep working on projects like this."
