While I could not resist saying it's hog boiling time, in this case it simply was not true. I got a shipment of fat from my uncle from his spring bear and some beef fat he needed to remove from the freezer for more space this coming hunting season. so of course thought I will just throw it all in the freezer. Well, sorry to say, there was only enough room for about 1/3 of it, so yesterday and today I got to fire up the brazier and render fat. . .

I've been to SXSW for 5 years (and attended in spirit via the interwebs for a couple of years more).
The Sprinklr VIP penthouse party this past Sunday was definitely one of the highlights of my overall SXSW experience.
Great people, great food, great conversations. It was a great night.
It was especially rewarding to see the Command Center + data viz solution we've been working on for quite some time rendering beautifully on every screen within our awesome new office in Austin TX.
Hope everyone had a great time and that we see you there again next year!
