Emerging from the winter sea after a lengthy dawn swim in foggy Wellington Harbour.

After a morning of walking around Tintagel, we settled in this pub. A refreshing Cornish pint and pasty was to be had. Delicious! And it was dog friendly. :)

...being 30 weeks along in my pregnancy I am only limited to a strawberry lemonade - although it was very good!

Man.. in that heat, the watermelon slices were like elixir!!

Smoky Mountain Waterfall

After each kid who wanted to ride the elephants had an oppurtunity, everyone was looking forward to freshening up and having a sip of water before lunch. Some were alittle bit too anxious it appears :)

Ruffed Grouse in the backyard getting a drink...notice his nice...fluffy...warm leggings ...he's all ready for winter.....we have no snow yet....

When I was photographing the kids at the school for the deaf in Thailand, we went to the zoo one day. After a long hot day of walking, I got the kids all ice cream cones, paid for by my benefactor, David Edmondson. It always amazes me how such simple things can make us so happy.

The recipe for great cup of tea:

1) Boiled water (surprise, surprise :))

2) 1-2 tea spoons of chinese green tea

3) Infuse for 2-4 minutes

4) Serve with a few leaves of fresh mint and a hint of sugar

5) Enjoy!
