Up until now I have only shoot this Dove in a Urban Setting where is very easily and commonly found. Thankfully, waiting for the Moorhen Chicks has given me another pleasant surprise when one landed on that rock in middle of the Creek. It didn't notice me immediately, so I was able to snap some shots. I ended enjoying this one the most because it looked right at me before flying away. Cheers everyone.

I might as well continue with my wet series and I think grass shots like this are so cliche so HCS Everyone! I know it's not that interesting but if you're up for some BW street shots again there's plenty in my blog.
My favorite of the bunch is in the comments and I called it 'Sakura boy & photographer'. Have a great weekend everyone!

Thanks in advance for checking my Photostream...:)
This is one of more than 700 crystal-water springs in the state of Florida. I have a fairly simple underwater housing for my camera (it's a Ewa-Marine plastic bag actually). It wasn't quite as easy I had expected to get a split level scene like this: exposure concerns, narrow window where you see both above/below waterline (and you're treading water), and water drops on the lens on the above water portion! There is always something new and exciting to try/learn with photography.

Mac Mac Pools lies south of the Mac Mac Falls, it's well grassed and has a shady picnic site with neat braai and ablution facilities. The brave can test their resilience in the freezing water in one of these naturally formed shallow swimming pools but have to be cautious when going for a swim. If you fancy a gentle walk, then amble along the 3km Secretary Bird Day Trail at the pools which wanders through indigenous bush. You’ll hear robins, thrushes, turacos, greenbuls, and cuckoos in summer, and if you’re lucky, you may well spot the curious looking Secretary bird which stamps snakes and small rodents to death before gobbling them down. An entrance fee is payable at the guard-house, and please ensure to receive a ticket.
