The friends we visited this week have a gorgeus log style home on a river...they are like big kids and I had fun trying to catch the bubbles (with my camera) as Mark blew them.....They have no children so it was delightful to see them with such fun "toys" to share. I never noticed how reflections appear in bubbles..one half up, and one half upside down.
It was a relatively calm evening so I was lucky enough to find these reflections.
Took 3 raw files combined and tone mapped in Dynamic Photo HDR then tweaked a little in CS

Reflections. Every little twinkle is a piece of a big star. We are used to and do not notice many events that surround us almost every second. Sometimes it seems to me that we are living in a dream at all :)) Well, that's it... then Alice and the white Rabbit will begin..
reflection outtake. I like this shot. Its very clear, Marco is strutting himself as usual. But I thought it looked too much like Perry's mirror shot, so I submit a different one for 52 weeks

This is a window from a university library, and is reflecting my friend. He doesn't have a clue that is being photographed. If you look close, you can see the books behind the reflection.
Taken at Lincoln's Inn while sightseeing with friends.

Taken for group '52 weeks: the 2018 Edition - week 30 Reflection'.
I love reflections in water but I've not been anywhere this week to capture that. I was tidying up and came across a glass cube.
This photo is a single petal on a blackboard with the glass cube on top. It's taken in daylight with flash from above. It's straight out of the camera with no post processing.
Reflections in pool of water outside an entrance gate in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, Ireland
My entry in Greystones Camera club bi weekly 2017 Competition number 8 - Theme - Reflections.
caught in a fleeting moment, this scene captures a man mid-stride, stepping through the interplay of light and shadow on a sunlit street. his figure is mirrored perfectly in the wet pavement below, creating a dual reality where the ordinary becomes extraordinary. the reflection ripples slightly, as if the street itself were contemplating his movement. the sharp contrast of black and white adds drama, pulling attention to the textures of the wet cobblestones and the crisp silhouette of the walker. the urban backdrop, with its shop signs and shadows, frames the scene, grounding it in the vibrant chaos of everyday city life. it is a moment of quiet poetry amidst the rush, a snapshot of human existence reflected in the heart of the city.
Reflections: Some time ago I posted a BW version of this photo, I found the original and I just want to share it.
I posted a reflection of of my bird bath earlier in the week, this was taken at the same time... slightly different version of the same thing. I like how much color I was able to get out of the reflection :)
