A quick monochrome version of my last upload...

Normally I try to stay away from uploading the same image with different processing, but I have received several comments with questions of how the image looked in B&W. I very much liked how the color version turned out, but I also wanted to see how the image looked with monochrome processing.

For this image, I converted the original color tiff file in Nik Silver Efex Pro, and made a couple of minor adjustments in CS5. Given that the color version was soft, and had a bit of a monochrome look to it, very little was needed for this one. I did however add some contrast adjustments across the entire image with a basic curves adjustment. All in all, it's a bit darker, but I wanted to create a new feel to the image, not just a basic B&W conversion.

This Lake is famous for is beautiful nature. It is also called the "eye of Montenegro"! I'm very thankfull to be allowed to visit this place during my stay in Montenegro!
