This is one of 2 main hotels in Kongsberg, placed right next to the most beautiful part of the river Lågen. In front of the hotel, there is a smal park for all to use. You also see here the edge of the main waterfals of the river.

Structures

Walking past St Leonards in the Fields, I noticed the reflection of the tree in the window. I liked the contrast of the natural structure and the man-made one.

The house on the picture is part of the Zaanse Schans museum its a old fashioned cheese farm. Zaanse Schans is a neighbourhood of Zaandam, near Zaandijk in the Netherlands. It has a collection of well-preserved historic windmills and houses; the ca. 35 houses from all over the Zaanstreek were moved to the area starting in 1961. The Zaans Museum, established in 1994, is located in the Zaanse Schans. The Zaanse Schans is one of the popular tourist attractions of the Netherlands and an anchor point of ERIH, the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
