The Leer Tower, defunct.

I've downloaded 3 or 4 programs that do HDR's, and until now, I've not liked any of them. They were either too complicated, to resource intensive (aka, crash the comp), or too buggie. This images was done with Dynamic-Photo HDR. It works well, a bit slow, but that's my computer more than likely. Anyway, I'm looking forward to finding a more interesting subject, since this was just a test.

playing around with a few art/HDR programs... not the best results...

From a moving boat.

Bored day , went to the lake by myself to take some shots after a long time.

It was amazing to see the Alaska Pipeline. It was often in the news during my college years. Lucky had a job one summer walking 10 miles a day along it looking for leaks and other problems.

The bear was close enough to the road we could see his fur move in the breeze. He didn't do much other than sleep while we were there.

I kind of overexaggerated the HDR on this one, it almost looks 2d : /

Denali National Park

Denali is tall enough that it makes its own weather. Approximately 30% of all visitors to the park get to see it. Most of the time it is covered by clouds. It was out all day for us.

I've been inspired to try a few new B&W HDRS for my 2010 project on "Fortified Gosport".

Took this HDR image MOMENTS before I got dumped on - all the equipment got out ok, don't worry. This was taken in the Flint Hills in Kansas.

We had another snowfall this morning. This has been quite a snowy winter for us in St. Louis.

The weather was just about perfect for me to attempt another HDR image of the front of school. The only thing I would have liked would be for some clouds to be in the sky as well.

Just a sloppy grouping of pics I threw together into an HDR for fun. Used a faux orton effect on it as well draw out some more of the clouds and give it better contrast.

I took an ordinary picture... and made it awesome. Taken in late 2011. Edited, again, on January 4, 2012.
