Thank you.

When I first got to town, I stopped at a small Mexican restaurant. Having just finished reading the book I'd brought on the ride, I asked if there was any place I could get another book. The waitress told me about the town's book store, the Reader's Osasis, but warned me that the owner is a bit eccentric. He wears only a G-string in the store and around town, though apparantly he put on pants and a shirt for the last town meeting. They consider him to be the town's intellectual, and he's rumored to be quite rich....

So I'm not really sure if the rest of the country is kept updated about the weather in Florida, but currently there is a Tropical Storm/Hurricane thats actually suppose to be hitting us right now. So I guess I'm actually posting this picture in the middle of a hurricane? hm, weird. Anyways, unlike the kids of the north who get 'snow days', down here we tend to get 'hurricane days'. Therefore, the 1st and 2nd day of school were canceled due to the storm! Basically my summer has been extended an extra 2 days which is perfectly fine by me. I actually only posted this picture so i could tell everyone that I've had some extra days of summer. haha sorry, It's exciting!

(&& i wanted to try using a texture for the 1st time. I think it came out okay for a 1st attempt ever)

I have a strange fondness for the Reader's Digest, kind of takes me back to my childhood where you could usually find the latest copy next to the downstairs loo ;)
