A detail of the first piece I did based on my most favourited photo on flickr. I used a salvaged electoral campaign sign and put the comments in the plastic ball, below the photo, and covered one side of the support with all the comments I received on flickr. My first assemblage!
It's nice that there's a price point for every budget, but seriously, what's the difference between the 5 dollar reading and the 15 dollar reading? This palm reader was conveniently located in the same plaza as "Soccer Depot" and "Bada Bing Pizzeria." (Or was it Bada Boom?)
Saturday 28 September in Oslo, when I was tonsured as a reader during the pontifical liturgy in St. Nikolai Church. Archbishop Gabriel had come to Oslo to celebrate the 75th anniversary of St. Nikolai Parish.
Another Statue from Hodge-Podge Bookstore. There were so many interesting little details around the store.

Fine piece of technology. MicroSD cards - it's amazing how much data fits on such a tiny card. This old reader lasted for two years, and would have lasted even longer but I was tempted to see what it looks like inside.
in Google Reader (and feed readers in generally). Personally, I've come to terms with not obsessing over it, but what's the point of setting up a user for failure like that?
I mean, just take a step back and listen to the concept for a minute: well, there's a never-ending stream that's being generated by millions of sources, of which you potentially probably have an interest in tens if not hundreds of thousands of... but your goal, while for all of this, apparently is to unbold things until your counter goes down to zero - then you'll have read the web or something.
But don't worry, more stuff will pop up while you're getting there so even if you think you're done - your'e not. You see, it's like an inbox for the web! Have fun!
(*in terms of models, subscribing to feeds is something that just might not scale. in most cases, they're really just indicators for sifting out stuff that's interesting and valuable to you...)
