Drew, Andrea, Ray, Karen, and I played a round of Jenga. If I remember correctly we made it to 28 levels high before it toppled.
Last rays of the setting sun shoot out dramatically from behind the mountains of Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park. Over a period of less than half an hour the sky changes from one dramatic scene to another. Just a few minutes before, the sun fell behind the edge of a mountain, creating a sunburst. Minutes later led to this scene. Eventually all the drama culminated in fiery clouds over the peaks. Then it was over, but what a show it was.
About the flowers, fields of arrowleaf Balsamroot wildflowers are seen witnessing the show in the sky. Fields of these wildflowers can be found in for a few weeks in June.
No special effects here (other than routine contrast, color and brightness adjustments - and, because I only had my small camera with me, a heavy dose of noise reduction); this is pretty much what it looked like to the eye early one foggy morning.

These manta rays on Central Station, one of our dives sites on the Ningaloo Reef, were quite happy to circle round and come and check us out as we sat in the sand and watched them.
Woke up very early this morning. When i got to the spot, the sky was rather dark and there was nothing but the moon to be seen. Fiddled around with several different composition, and later on noticed the rays. Quickly set up my camera to the scene, and snap away. Got a few shots but this one was perhaps the best among them. but a bit underexposed, dont u think? :)

I was aiming at a poster style half-tone art print. There are two variations on this image already within my Flikr stream, the original colour shot in the Rush Hour Blues set & the black & white variation.
Visiting Fenway Park on July 5 was a major treat. In spite of the moment of silence (due to the shooting in Illinois) and the rain, the Red Sox put up a fight and the Cuban players in the Rays were instrumental in the final result.
Visitar el Fenway Park el 5 de julio fue un lujo. Pese al momento de silencio (debido al tiroteo en Illinois) y la lluvia, los Red Sox brindaron pelea y los cubanos de los Rays fueron cruciales en el resultado final.
