A few years back, I did some work with Ray working with a system that would read what was on screen so he could change the instruments he was recording. I'm not sure he ever took to working with a computer, but given that he couldn't see and that he never worked with them before, I'm not surprised.

One drunk man attacked my on saturday
night :( I spent 12 hours in hospital.
Ray thanked several people, although he forgot to thank Pat Balfe which
he rectifed the day after on the radio! I was flabbergasted when he
mentioned me, i'm sure I went red, but I know I had a big smile on my face!
I had a great chat with Pat, but unfortunately didn't get a decent photo
of him.

Another shot from The Deep. One of the rays swam past the viewing tunnel while the light rays from above created a nice atmosphere.
Ray Price is now eighty two years old, but his performance tonight didn't sound like it. The scary thing is that I recognized all the songs he sang. What I didn't know was that Hank Williams discovered him and took him to Nashville. He lived with him for a year before Hank Williams died. Mr. Price was appearing at a small venue that is only about three miles from my house. Willie Nelson will be at the same place next month. I know I'll be there.
I uploaded this picture tonight as I'm leaving for Mexico early tomorrow morning and will be back in about nine days.
