The Newport Aquarium was proud of the fact that they had two adult ray sharks (Sweetpea and Scooter) and are the only aquarium to have a breeding program for these fish. The female, Sweetpea, is larger and has less well-defined spots. This one looks like Scooter.

I was on my way to Honley woods to walk the dogs early in the morning. I came around the corner to these rays shining through the trees
Rays of sunlight stream though gaps in the clouds, illuminating the dust below from the storm on June 4th, 2015. Taken at the summit of Piestewa Peak.
Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center recently performed their regular checkup exams on the Eagle Rays. Everyone passed with flying colors!

Beautiful rays from the setting sun shine down in the late Autumn afternoon at some allotments in Salisbury.
HDR image: 5D Canon, mounted on sturdy Manfrotto tripod and shutter release used. The resulting three images were processed in Photomatix Pro & Photoshop.
