So, having seen the various B&W (with bits of colour) pics around Flickr, I decided to have a go at one with Rosie.

There's my mistake - picking a black and white dog to show in a black and white image. Masked out the colour bits, removed the colour and what do you get? A Rosie that looks exactly the same as before! I even flicked between the original and modified pics and couldn't see her coat changing at all.

She's just a monochrome dog living in a polychrome world, like a TV rerun from the 50s in the 21st century.

Its actually play doh, red and wet cotton wool and fake blood (custard, syrup and red food dye)

First shots done on raw too, i was very pleased with the quality.
