Rosetto cheese Ravioli in a vodka sauce with smoked sausage, mushrooms, basil and garlic. Yummy, I can't get enough fresh basil. I prefer this with mushroom ravioli and 'spicy' vodka sauce but I couldn't get a hold of any :(, it was still good though.
