This is our favourite cheddar cheese and garlic ravioli from Duso's.
I made the cream sauce with mushrooms, parsley and lemon juice.

This is a one way street, so I guess the owners thought "why bother", and covered up the marquee on the right. Shame, since it kinda "craps up" the look of the place. At least it's still working. Opened as a 1,500-seat single screen movie theatre in March 1927, more recently turned into a triple screener.

Stuffed with soft squacquerone cheese, smoked ham and balsamic vinegar in a cream of goat yogurt and fresh peas
We learned to make them over 75 years ago. It was always fun for us kids to taste the filling and run the cutting wheel .
