raspberries

From a few years back, fresh raspberries picked from my garden. The pale raspberries were not picked too early. They're a different variety that turn a pale pink when ripe. They're the sweetest of the bunch.

Jet wanted a picture of the raspberries he picked. All 2 and a half pounds of them.

It's so hard to pick just the right one.

A delicate flavor combination, using freeze dried raspberry powder in the shells and coconut in the filling.
