I cannot believe we are already doing this. Stupid water conservation. Stupid trees that can't hang onto their leaves.

This was the first time I'd seen Jack's Rake up close, and I thought it actually looked steeper and more exposed than I was expecting.

Taken with a Fuji FinePix F70EXR, which is a pretty cool camera for a point-and-shoot.

Sometimes I just want to take pictures of ordinary objects close-up. I don't know if anyone else would like them. This is not too spectacular but just the fact that it's a view I'm not used to makes it interesting to me.
