Three of our computer racks wait for us to move them on a recent Friday evening. None of us expected the move to take more than four hours, but ten hours later as the sun was rising we were still struggling with issues. Before Veteran's Day weekend was over some of us had endured thirty hours of extra work with hard drive problems on three servers.
Closer view of supports. The hole drilled to take a SS bolt was not used. Instead, we decided to weld the under support bracket to the uprights and fill in the hole with weld.

The new trains of the Vouraikos gorge rack railway. Photographed about a month later than my first visit there with Torsten and Eva.
This rack is for a customer on the east coast. Most of the time he will be using the handlebar bag by itself (commuting to work, pleasure rides). For trips to the farmers market/grocery store he will attach the large porteur rack via the three spigots that engage the sleeves on the H'bar bag rack. The large rack is secured by M6 bolts that attach to the threaded holes in the dropouts. Swithcing between the large rack and the small rack takes only a couple of minutes. The idea for this style of convertible rack came originally from Alex Wetmore, proprietor of phred.org. He gave me permission to use the idea and build this rack.
