Grilled rack of lamb, potato and salad with a glass of red wine. It was a lonely day in April of 2021 and my stuffed giraffe Pookie joined me for dinner. Pookie is a lightweight but she had her own glass of wine.

I lit this laundry rack from the blue glow coming from an electronic device and superimposed another photo with light coming from a compact fluorescent table lamp. The superimposed photo has 20% opacity and this can be seen if you look at the receptacle that the table lamp is plugged into. You can still see the receptacle even though the cord is connected.
In order to get the shadows into the photo, I had to move the camera out of the room and shoot through the door opening. I used a tripod laying on the floor to get the vertical orientation of the image. No color filters were used to create this image.

After creating a custom set of rear sets for my Ducati Monster, I didn’t want to trash the original rear sets because they are OEM Ducati parts. The OEM rear sets are huge awkward three-dimensional cast aluminum pieces. Not adjustable, and just plain ugly. But then again they were designed back in the early ’90. After letting them lay on the floor for a few months, I came up with an idea. I painted them black and took some large drywall anchor bolts and mounted them on the wall. I put an old set of pairs back on them, and there it was! A genuine Ducati Coat Rack. After hanging my race suit, a shop apron, and a few other random items on it. Covered up, the OEM rear sets made a great coat rack! I’ve have had guys comment on how cool my new coat rack is...

The Robeson Regional Agricultural Fair starts later this week. On my way home from work I stopped and snapped a few pictures of the racked carnival rides. The rides currently on the lot are all owned by Big Rock Amusements. I would have taken a few additional pictures, but my wife and I had company over this evening and I wanted to get home.
bike rack we designed for a restaurant called KINGS in south minneapolis. fabricated by paul stankey and made of steel and recycled black HDPE that we got from our pals at Loll Designs.
i tried to make the rack as bad-ass as possible. this bike could only really only have bad-ass accessories.
i hope i did it justice, i think V was happy.
surly "nice rack".. amazingly a local find at palo alto bicycles. too bad they didn't have silver, but ...i'll live.
load limit of 80lb. niiiice.
up for tomorrow: installing a pair of jandd mountain panniers. also, picking up a torx set so i can actually rotate the rohloff gearbox and install the rotor. if all goes well, i should go on the maiden voyage thursday morning, fully loaded.

Finally got the cables and cable management hardware to finish cleaning up my network rack. I will get the equipment to convert Video Surveillance to a Synology solution to replace the server based Geovision system that suffers from software issues.
