Voilà un projet pour le moins surprenant crée par Cengizhan Can et ses camarades de l’Utrecht University, aux Pays-Bas.

My boys are HUGE Starwars fans! When Sean seen his older brother had a R2D2 hat I had to make him one just like it LOL!!
He was finally able to get out yesterday and play in his inflatable X-wing fighter sled!
Girly R2D2 birthday cake for my Star Wars-loving daughter!

What you need to do this:
1. Vintage R2D2 cake pan from ebay. Bonne chance. Ours was Empire Strikes Back themed from the 80s.
2. A lot of cake mix.
3. More icing than you know what to do with.
4. The better part of a Saturday
5. Do yourself a favour: get the star tip cake decorating tool with three stars.
6. Butter icing melts. Have back up bags of cold icing or go with shortening.
7. Maraschino cherries. You will buy an entire jar so you can use three cherries. Find a friend who likes maraschino cherries and give them the rest.
