IT'S A BOOKLACE!
Wearable art that's also a unique conversation piece.
Each tiny booklace contains a one-of-a-kind, handwritten, and handbound artist book. It is enclosed in a brass frame that is easily opened (while you are wearing it). You can then completely remove the book to show and read it to others.
Unique collectible art individually signed by the artist.

Shakespeare quotation written with brown ink and gold powder in a mix of gothic and copperplate calligraphy, 2012
I've always wanted writing on the walls at home. Not altogether sure what quotations I'd choose, which is probably why it's not happened yet.
Quotes and inspiration QUOTATION – Image : As the quote says – Description Sometimes you stop in life and think that you can't do something. But actually, you can. Trust that. Go for it. It's worth it. Work hard. Do what you need to. It's worth it in the end. Sharing is love, sharing is […]

Why does BBC News insist on placing quotation marks around everything? What about re-writing your headlines so they aren't confusingly quoting material from some unknown source? It sounds weird and slightly snarky.
The room they refer to is a conference room with theatre-style seating, not a true lecture hall and not large by lecture-hall standards. One more thing: the building has been renamed.
Fear of failure and criticism can be crippling. Don’t let others’ negativity take away your joy. ~Lee Hammond

I wrote the text.
A Benedictine abbey was founded in Cerne, Dorset, in 987 AD, and the villagers probably used the nave of the abbey church as their parish church, up to the building of the present Church of St Mary the Virgin around 1300. The first vicar was established there in 1317. The abbey itself was fell victim to the Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1539.
Parts of the original fourteenth-century Early English church are still in evidence: in the chancel; the lancet windows on each side of the altar; a piscina, in the wall next to the altar; and also near the altar, wall-paintings, one depicting the Anunciation and the other scenes from the life of St John the Baptist.
On the north wall of the chancel, a six-pointed black star inside a red circle is thought to be a consecration cross.
On the nave walls are painted panels with quotations from the Geneva Bible, painted in 1679 by Robert Ford for a fee of twelve guineas.
The tower screen has painted on it the date of its construction (1749) and the names of two churchwardens.
The carved pulpit dates from 1640.
On the nave floor is a memorial plaque to John Notley (died 1612); members of the Notley family were among the earliest settlers in America, and owned land in Washington which they named Cerne Abbey Manor, and which is now the site of Capitol Hill. There is another historical American connection with the church, as Thomas Washington (the uncle of George Washington) was married in there in 1676.

What a different view of the world. With this view, we would maybe look after it better.
Citazione/ Quotation:
