A friend had asked me to help him photograph some classic-style portraiture of an actor (named Jan) for his movie project.

[Using this kind of look isn't my usual, but I bet Warhol would.]

What You Need

1 Tbsp. oil

1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced, quartered

1 onion, chopped

1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

1 green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed

2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage and onions; cook and stir 10 min. or until sausage is no longer pink.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; cover.

REMOVE from heat; let stand 5 min. Stir gently before serving.

I quickly made a card today for my sister Cheryl as I owe her a letter! I rubberstamped the lace background (stamp from Vickie Enkoff) attached a neat little heart I received from Sun Spirit Studios Rubber stamps with a pipe cleaner, stamped "hello!" (studio G from Michaels) on a scrap of yellow paper and attached it with foam tape. Very simple and easy.
