There's a nice little Mexican restaurant next door to the Red Roof in Locust Grove. It's quick and easy to walk there.
I had a more comfortable pair of shoes on, but when I got off the elevator to so many people and cameras, I had to run into an office to change into my "wedding shoes" real quick!

The sunset was super gorgeous this evening! Clouds were on fire with color near the horizon. I quickly went to work shortly after taking in the sunset... Pic taken from around San Jose, CA from up at The Point Church. (Thursday around sunset, January 11, 2018; 5:18 p.m.)
Weather update:
It's finally starting to look a lot like the rainy season (hopefully)! But for now, high pressure was beginning to rebuild along and off the coast. Skies were to be partly cloudy in the short term. By Thursday (this day), a low pressure trough & frontal system had moved thru the Pacific Northwest. The southern end of this system had brought clouds to the north state, which helped give us an epic, fiery sunset that was seen this day. Then by Friday thru Sunday, high pressure was to be over the region once again... How about the rain? Weather forecasts were still looking for a return of winter weather by next week. The jet stream was to increase across the Pacific and the high pressure ridge was to weaken. The 1st storm in this upcoming storm series was to reach the coast by Monday and Tuesday. This system was to bring light precipitation to NorCal. Then a stronger system was to move in late Wednesday & Thursday with yet another storm by the next upcoming weekend...
