Avoid morning rush with this quick over night oats recipe
- Start with the base
1/2 cup rolled Oats
1/2 cup milk or yogurt
- Select Add-ond
1TBSP chia seeds or basil
seeds and 1TBSP Raw honey
- Power it up with Protein
1TBSP Peanut butter
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning add fresh fruits
like bananas or berries and nuts
like almonds and cashews.
There was low-lying fog but before I could get Mavvy up into the air the wind carried that sexy fog away. Was hoping for another above-the-clouds(fog) shot.

I planted this Quick Fire Hydrangea last week in between two Limelight Hydrangeas. I'm going to mulch around them and add new pictures soon.

1. Brown some diced onions
2. Add in ground beef and brown. Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper and pinches of salt, cinnamon, and all spice.
3. Toast pine nuts in a separate pan.
4. Add toasted pine nuts to fully cooked ground meat and combine.
5. Eat with pita bread and grecian sauce. YUM!

A quick selfie under the strong deck lights adjacent to the lifeboats. At this point we are in International Waters - just like the old days! It was a most enjoyable and relaxing journey despite the fact that I'd been up since about 7am.
Here we are after just getting above the first major group of palms. Matt snapped a quick photo of us as we were passing the binoculars around to look out from the canyon.
P.S. - Take a look at the 'characters' in this group - you'd almost think this was a real life adaptation of some 90's action Cartoon.
