One quick stop and up to lake. Should be riding by nine.
Brought my neck brace for riding. No repeating of last week.
Then everything thing depends on weather.
Have a few reports that have to go out. Can do those whenever.
Might rain today with high in fifties. So really up in air.
Winterizing place this weekend.
Tomorrow supposed to be dry for that. But if not to bad. Might do Sunday. Trees should be in full color. So lots of walks.
Have a nice weekend I'll try. Regardless of weather. Snow and cold is not so far away. So enjoy outside while you can.....🌹🌹🌹
I got water up my nose and had my staples soaked, but this photo was totally worth it. I believe the shutter was going 1/1250 seconds at f 2.8.
It reached 89 degrees Fahrenheit in Seattle today. Mmm, summer feels gorgeous.
We had a barbeque and a water balloon/bucket fight. Then we went for a nice walk and fished for a bit. :]

Used heavy cream, didn't brown the chicken enough, and added an extra teaspoon of cayenne to heat it up some. Very tasty!

...Is what it took to catch GBRf 66763 at Stenson Jn (Derby) on 03/01/19. I'd watched it leave the loop on the Railcam Diagrams at Burton and it appeared to be going slowly...how wrong I was! It was working the 4M11/0930 Washwood Heath Rmc Gbrf to Peak Forest Cemex Gbrf stone empties.
very quick applying the Yellow and Green paint onto the white wood, this expresses different brush strokes.
Loch Lubnaig.. Quick break.
Day three, vital bike checks then some trusted WD40 and we are off! Well only down the road to a Tesco where we had a lovely big breakfast - just what you need before a long journey in the highlands!
Then it was off over the Forth Bridge from Edinburgh and skirting Sterling we headed up on the A84 admiring the Trossachs off to the left.. Then swapping the A84 to the A85 and then the A82 we crossed the Bridge of Orchy bringing us to the big lay-by which to me always feels like the start of Glen Coe although it isn’t really..
This next part of the ride which takes us up onto a big wide plateau is just lovely, then dropping down the actual Glen Coe bit is awesome the views are stunning.
Turning right over the bridge over Loch Leven leads us onto Fort William chasing a huge rainbow all the way in sunshine with the rain somewhere else!
Lunch break at Morrisons in Fort William and then off up along Loch Ness still on the A82 leading us straight into Inverness. The road alongside Loch Ness is another superb biking road, amazing to ride along it! We stopped halfway along for the pictures at Urquhart Castle and for a chance to stretch our legs again.
We arrived in Inverness in rush hour and needing to refuel asked for directions to our Travel Lodge as well.
Lovely day lots of sunshine and superb motorcycling roads!
210 miles today – refuelled twice..
This is before it comes to a simmer - the simmering thickens it a bit. yum. Spices can help clear your sinuses, too! Recipe in My recipe box
